These Terms of Service govern your use of arvynactive.com and purchases made from ARVYN. ARVYN is operated by BREBERTETS LIMITED, company number 16420993. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Product information
We take reasonable care to present products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting and manufacturing tolerances. Review measurements, fit information and product details before purchase. This does not limit your rights if goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet legal standards.
Prices and currency
The primary store currency is pounds sterling, GBP. Another currency may be shown where expressly selected or made available for your market. Before you submit an order, checkout will show the product price, valid discounts, delivery charges, taxes collected by us and the final amount payable.
Any import taxes or duties not collected by us will be handled according to the destination and delivery method shown before purchase. We may correct a genuine pricing or technical error before accepting an order. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, we will refund it.
Promotions and discounts
Promotions are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer, including eligible products, dates, quantities and combination rules. A discount is not valid merely because it appears in outdated advertising or because of a technical error.
Placing an order
You can review and correct your basket before submitting an order. Submission is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. The contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or confirm dispatch, whichever occurs first.
We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, inability to deliver, suspected fraud or a legal restriction. If payment has been taken, the affected amount will be refunded.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by the payment provider and payment method presented at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted. The selected provider may also apply its own terms and privacy notice.
Delivery
We sell internationally to destinations made available at checkout, with the United Kingdom as the primary market. Available destinations, methods and charges are displayed before purchase. Unless otherwise stated before purchase, the estimated total period from order confirmation to delivery is 6–14 business days. Delivery estimates do not remove legal rights where goods are delayed or not delivered.
Risk in consumer goods remains with us until they are delivered to you or a person identified by you, except where applicable law provides otherwise because you independently arranged a carrier not offered by us.
Returns and refunds
Cancellation, returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the store for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the website.
- Introduce malware or malicious code.
- Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or information.
- Scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit store content without lawful permission.
- Submit false, abusive or misleading information.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers or legal rights.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's branding, design, text, graphics, photographs, videos and other original content belong to BREBERTETS LIMITED or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission except where law permits.
Reviews and submitted content
If the store permits reviews or submissions, you must have the right to provide the content and it must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing. We may moderate or remove content for legitimate reasons. We do not offer compensation or incentives for undisclosed positive reviews.
Third-party services and links
The store may integrate third-party services or link to external websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and notices. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party content, but this does not limit responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded.
If you purchase as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses that were not contemplated as part of the consumer transaction.
Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay caused by an event genuinely outside our reasonable control, provided we take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and inform affected customers. This does not remove statutory cancellation, refund or delivery rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any contract between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law of the country where you habitually reside.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms prospectively. The terms applicable to an accepted order are those provided or made available when it was placed, unless a legal change must apply.
